Overview

CallOps is an AI voice API platform built to automate Tier 1 call centre queries at scale. The platform enables enterprises and BPOs to deploy intelligent voice agents capable of handling high-volume, repetitive customer interactions such as FAQs, account lookups, status updates, and basic support requests. By combining advanced speech recognition, natural language understanding, and real-time voice synthesis, CallOps reduces operational costs, improves response times, and allows human agents to focus on higher-value conversations.

Role

We led the full design and development of CallOps’ website using Framer, with the goal of clearly communicating the platform’s enterprise value while maintaining a modern, technical aesthetic. Our responsibilities included designing the user interface, structuring content for both technical and non-technical audiences, developing responsive layouts, and implementing interactive elements that demonstrate how CallOps automates call centre operations at scale.

Challenge

The key challenge was translating a complex, infrastructure-level AI voice platform into a clear and compelling digital narrative. The website needed to explain how CallOps integrates into existing call centre stacks, automates Tier 1 queries reliably, and scales across thousands of concurrent calls — all without overwhelming visitors with technical complexity. At the same time, the site had to resonate with two distinct audiences: technical teams evaluating APIs and business decision-makers focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.

Solution

To address these challenges, we designed and built a Framer-based website that balances technical depth with clarity and strong visual communication. Key elements of the solution included:

  • Clear, outcome-driven messaging focused on Tier 1 automation, cost savings, and operational scalability.

  • Visual flows illustrating how incoming calls are routed, understood, and resolved by AI voice agents.

  • Structured API and integration sections that speak directly to developers without alienating non-technical stakeholders.

  • Use-case driven sections highlighting common call centre scenarios such as support queries, inbound sales, and customer verification.

  • Responsive, performance-optimised design ensuring a seamless experience across desktop and mobile.

  • Interactive and animated elements that reinforce the real-time nature of voice automation without adding friction.

The final result is a clean, enterprise-ready product that positions CallOps as a powerful AI voice infrastructure layer for modern call centres. The experience clearly communicates scale, reliability, and efficiency — reflecting the platform’s ability to automate high-volume customer interactions while elevating overall service quality.
